breakfast, hotel lobby and even the elevator stinks like cigarettes despite no smoking on premises

we booked a non smoking room and the floor we was on, smelt very badly of cigarettes.

were on a non smoking floor in a non smoking room and it still stunk of smoke

there was smell of smoke in the room (although it was non-smokingroom).

did get a non smoking room as requested but room was on 5th floor and the smell of smoke in hallways and corridor

it was next to the swimming pool (not open in march) with a large shaded garden and seating area outside

also, the swimming pool is really beautiful, clean, surrounded by forest

fairly sized pool with shallow and deep end (although if i'm not mistaken one must go back to his/her cabin

fact that the pool only opens at 12h, but probably it's because it's too windy in the mornings that's the only

dogs loved it and kids felt like explorers

manned reception during working hours, very clean, very quiet with late check out, good furnishings

it is in a perfect location next to shops, bars and restaurants and the bar that is attached to misiana is

i loved this place…the decor…the location…the bar is gorgeous…

i believe it was a smoking room which we didn t want and they had used something to try to remove the smell

and our other next door neighbor were smoking weed, so we could never open our balcony due to both bad smells

we complained about the amount of smoking in the restaurant areas - as did several other

hotel is a gem. location amazing, bar restaurant rooms. amazing.

the location on the beach and the bar which played chilled music and was dog friendly for our pups

starting from around 2pm the bar starts working, with delicious cocktails and especially i love their sangria

when we were there they had electricity problems with the outside bar so there was limited service outside

shame the beach bar closed at 8pm

breakfast could offer more options for the price

the staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was delicious with much more variety compared to other hotels

nothing...well, the breakfast is modest and basic; fried eggs and bacon would be perfect.

more fresh fruit for breakfast.

so you had to use the lights which is a shame as you are less than 500 mars from the beach, no bar and didn�

restaurant not open every night and hence no bar facility.

also no bar seats to have drinks at the bar

the bar area was great,very lively. good atmosphere. very relaxed.
