great pool area, everything very clean

water park closing for siesta having to check out at 10am missed out on medieval show as no one

the pool water was not to my liking at all.

parking area for the hotel visitors are far away (10-12 min walk), make me pay a deposit of 15

kids constantly entertained with movies games and treats

rules about smoking/vaping poolside were not adhered to by most people and staff weren t vigilant enough or

the next room was occupied by someone playing extremely loud music at 3pm and smoking weed which the staff didn

strange smell in the room, which we thought may have come from heavy smoking on the balcony we should have

a person who has not smoked in years but vapes, i didn t like to have to join smokers in a vape smoking
