building was musty/smoking even though we asked for smoke free room

it was suppose to be non smoking.. but it smelled like smoke really bad...

above also the entire floor smelled of marijuana and tobacco smoke which was a non smoking

room was not very clean lot of nicotine on the walls because we had a smoking room

real crappy attitude and near willingness to solve the issue weird chain smoking crack head looking dude that

booked a smoking room, they didn't have one available.

torn moldy shower curtain badly stained chair in room pillows stained pizza crust in air unit non smoking room

asked for a non smoking room but got a smoking room

no desk, an amenity that was promised. non smoking room smelled of smoke. was not clean.

i had reserved a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room because she said she didnt have a non-smoking

they offered me a stinky smoking room

they still have smoking permitted rooms here!

remote for tv, no ashtray for smoking room, stained/dirty bath towel, duck tape applied in room, plastic bag

somehow i must have reserved a smoking room and we are non-smokers

coffee it would be the only thing i could complain about, not that great i didnt eat the breakfast, but it did

great breakfast and loved the kitchen

we slept thru breakfast so didn't get to try.

breakfast was great and pool was fun for the kids too. loved the new hotel atmosphere

the ladies in the breakfast room were awesome
