i also booked a non-smoking room only to have budget inn staff smoking right outside my door where the smoke

bathroom ceiling caving in, hairs on the bed, cigarette smell would not leave in a non-smoking room, stains

i had a smoking room, yeah!

asked for a non smoking room but got a smoking room
