late arrival on our first night forced us in to a smoking room

people next to use smoking pot people above use banging around at 4am sound like animals to noise for

the room smells like a cigar bar, and it was non-smoking room.

didn t realize i was in the smoking section so my room was smelling like weed

the motel itself was non smoking, smokers smoke

of giving us a room (since we had the proof of reservation) she offered the last room available (smoking and we

bugs, dirty, the pot smoking in front of our room, the loud music from the car in the parking area fir hours

asked for king size smoking room got full size beds and no smoking room

i reserved a smoking room but upon arrival i was told a smoking room was not available but when my friends

dirty hallways, the laundry room is disgusting, the rooms are so dirty even non-smoking smells like smoking

shuttle bus was very convenient to all the disney

spa also closed and we got shut in there moving from the gym

the hotel is gorgeous. amazing pool. love they they have a kids club.

beautiful, clean hotel. offers shuttle to disney theme parks, so convenient location.

staff was amazing the shower the gym and the nespresso in the room were exceptional

cabana beach bar and grill also had excellent food

boardwalk and the two mentioned parks, you can use facilities in both resorts, pools are great, gym is great,

two big resorts that you can use all amenities, the boardwalk, the boats, the pool, the mini golf, etc, etc
