staff and ease of parking close to eating establishment and close to hospital

i stayed there a week and didn't get room service at all

a/c horrible. parking horrible.

tried kicking me out cause i have a service dog and no where did it say no pets, besides a service dog isn't a

com only lists smoking, but it has a box to check for non-smoking

the room was very nasty, it was non-smoking room but there was a cigarette laid on the edge of wall behide the

smoking rooms

the room was nasty. even with it being a smoking room you think they would keep it up

we had a smoking room and she told us it wasn't anymore available but the hotel was almost empty

it was just a mess and i had tired kids from driving 10 hours

hotel bar was very nice. outside sitting area is amazing

for 250 a night, last room in town and 4 tired kids i had to settle for a room that had pet food on the floor

didn t get to use the pool

young lady at bar was very kind and provided excellent service.

i apparently booked a smoking room online but was told for $20

room smelled like cigarette smoke and was a non smoking room sandwiches between smoking rooms

musty and thought maybe someone had been smoking in it at some stage

first night i got a non smoking room and the room was lit up

availability of non-smoking rooms seems slim

there was a guy smoking a crackpipe while sitting on the stairway

got a non smoking room but upon entering it smelled like pot

lots of people partying, drinking, smoking pot

booked for a non smoking king bed, but when i arrived they don t have any non smoking room nor a king bed

the receptionist refused to change my room to a non-smoking one, even though it was obvious the hotel was nearly

room was very stinky but i asked for no smoking one as i had my family with me

breakfast was not included like it said on the room bookings

it had breakfast but they did not only coffee and everyone was barefoot in the office and a kid was

off when we went to park there were drug deals going on in the parking lot, then we walked into the room to find

no wifi. that's my only complaint.

got bedbugs, they put us in a smoking room when we requested non-smoking

some rude old dude was standing right next to me smoking like a chimney but that i want their

infested with roaches floors not vacuum non smoking rooms smells like smoking rooms

and lastly they charged my card $100 for smoking in the room when clearly we smoked outside but left a pack of
