ordered a non smoking room and was told on arrival only smoking rooms were available

was good and they had smoking rooms, the lady at the desk was great, the bed had a great mattress or topper

reserved a smoking room, and when i arrived at seven, even though check in was at three, i was told i was

smoking room

room smelled like pure cigarettes and it was a non smoking room bed sheets had cigarette burns and looked dirty

given a smoking room because the desk clerk said i requested it

or conditioner in the rooms and the third floor smelled like cigarette smoke despite the no-smoking

in & then they were even better yet,step above that worked some magic somehow getting me into a smoking room
