booked a smoking room and i had to clean the ashtrays every day because they were not cleaned

seems making reservations does not mean you have a set room, we reserved a king smoking only to get a twin bed

booked a king room, non smoking and 1 hour after booking on line we arrived and were told they had no king rooms

sconce on wall blew and started smoking. told front desk, they said they would take care of it

staff is amazing, if you need a smoking room they ll change that for you for the same price as the non smoking

no help with wifi , rude people at front desk , too busy on their phones , also told me that they got wifi on

no free wifi for my stay, refrigerator unplugged

people loitering at all hours which made us feel unsafe. pool not open. a/c working poorly.
