had accidentally booked a smoking room and so was expecting to stay in that (as it was my error) however the

the room had a cigarette smell even we got a non smoking room

big thanks to the management for helping out after i had accidentally booked smoking rooms for my none smoking

they had a smoking preference. it was a good location for what i needed.

the first room had cigarette burns through the linens in a non smoking room

i was given a room that reeked of marijuana even though i had a non-smoking reservation

they were able to accommodate an early check in for us

staff was difficult to understand and i was fearful using my credit card and using the wifi

there wasn't anywhere to sit outside while doing my laundry.

he told us right away we probably wouldn t like our room since it was non-smoking but on a smoking floor

i know this is not hotel's fault but it felt like i was standing by someone smoking in elevator

was a kid there smoking so much marijuana it wreaked all through the halls and this elevator but they did nothing

received a smoking room even though we reserved non-smoking

ducked off behind a forklift factory or something and the sketchy people hanging out all night smoking outside
