i booked a smoking room, they gave it to someone else

the room was specifically listed as non smoking it reeked overpoweringly of tobacco smoke

smoking room stunk like cigarettes, staff very unhelpful and didn't care when i voiced my complaint

our room had 3 queen beds which was perfect for us and an access door to the parking lot that we could park in
