smoker pitching their butts all over, should go to non smoking

we had a none smoking room and this room smelled like mildew

us to a room that smelled like an ashtray, even though my reservation clearly requested a non-smoking room

had a smoking room because that was all that was available but the staff went in and sprayed the room and

had a no smoking room and when we arrived you could tell someone had smoked in the room

room i was given wasn't cleaned from the prior guests when i arrived and that i was then given a smoking room

reserved 2 non smoking rooms

tub had trouble draining. smoking rooms on top floor

non smoking room teamed of smoke. door would not latch close. shower did not work.

i asked for non smoking and was placed in a smoking room

rooms were dirty, towels and linens were dirty, all rooms were smoking rooms

i had booked the room online and the pictures are nothing compared to the room and i had put non smoking and

the phone wasn't working, the sheets were dirty, i had no blow dryer, it was a smoking room

reserved a non-smoker room due to having my infant son, when i arrived i was told i was getting 2 smoking rooms

dont know where the smoking of mary was but that should only be on the 3rd floor and ventilated well

was in a non smoking room and could smell someone smoking next room over so much that i would wake up to the

room they gave us was one where smoking was allowed inside

my only complaint was i booked a smoking room, and when i checked in, they made me sign a paper stating i wouldn

non smoking room but cigarette ashes were everywhere and trash can

got a non-smoking room that someone had snoked in

the owner or whoever he is was rude and kept telling me that room i booked is a no-smoking room
