booked a smoking room and i'm disabled

no non smoking room were available

need to due repairs to roomie know it's a smoking room but they need to charge the people if they ruin obgets

bed was very uncomfortable one pillow was brown the love seat was ripped there was a smoking pipe in the nightstand

bedding old with cigarette holes in sheets, although we were in non smoking room

did not give us the room we booked we asked for a non smoking room and they put us in a smoking room the room
