broken toilet , not clean , provided a smoking room - requested non

hard to get to and smells like smoke in the non smoking rooms

kids in the pool all the time yelling and making noise

fact that we booked 5 smoking rooms & only 3 were actually smoking

i chose a smoking room by accident, asked if there was a non-smoking room available & it wasn't
