room reserved was booked smoking with queen size bed, not available,

we finally got a room, and it smelled like smoke even tho it was a non smoking room

it wasn't clean and smelled bad. people out smoking weed

wifi, tiny rooms, cable in and out, mattresses everywhere around the property, some hammering

even though i requested a non smoking room.the room i was in smelt of smoke so much

channel and one volume for all 3 days we were there, and there were burn holes all over our non smoking room

i want a non-smoking room, but they gave me a smoking room to me and my son.

wish we had a smoking room for my husband
