i booked my room online i mistakenly reserved a smoking room

a chance to stay at the hotel because my flight arrived late and there was some confusion about smoking/non

non smoking room smelled like too much smoke, i asked for a first floor room, that was not possible

smoking was allowed on the facility and in smoking rooms

did not request a smoking room

upstairs rooms were smoking rooms we could tell in our room on first floor

very close to different restaurants and attri got a smoking room (didn't smoke), there were cigarette ashes on

one thing--last pm, someone above me was smoking in their room and the smell of smoke came down through the

as a smoker was nice to see a hotel that offers some smoking rooms for our comfort

one other item, i stayed in a smoking room with no ashtrays until 3rd day cleaning staff gave us one

and take you 2 miles to town ($5 pp) staff was very friendly and accommodating, preferred room, late check out

morning attendants for breakfast were horrible they were talking in back room and stuff wasn't stocked had to

gym equipment not working breakfast was under par never got contacted when room was ready

wifi and not great breakfast and had to keep asking for fresh hot water in reception for

my kids really wanted to swim in the pool

reserved a non-smoking room but apparently all rooms are tobacco contaminated

booking site is not transparent about which rooms they are charging for smoking and non smoking

i was alerted about 2 hours prior to check in that i had reserved a smoking room

booked for a smoking room but when i got there they did not have one for me but in the morning when i was

lied to and told the room was non-smoking
