00 deposit for a non smoking room was returned in a timely manner

was supposed to be non-smoking but reaked of smoke

i ask for a non smoking and they gave me a smoking

i didn't know there was smoking rooms available

booked a non smoking room and they charged me a $150 deposit because they saw my daughter smoking while i

non- smoking room had cigarette burn holes in the comforters

smoking room but the bedspread had several burn marks

it wasn't clean, and it seemed that there were full time residents who party together in the parking lot on

though the site stated pet friendly, they wouldn't allow my cat
