reserving the room we requested a non-smoking room and a few extra towels

floor in my room was super dirty and even though the room was non smoking it still smelled like

room smelled of smoke even though we paid for a non smoking room

my partner first arrived smelled misty and like smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room

our heat did not work n they was out of smoking rooms so just gave us blankets smh

had reserved a non smoking room and when we got to the assigned room it had an ash tray in the room and smelled

biggest complaint and reason for the low score, was that it was supposed to be a non smoking room, but it reeked

that the pool wasn't open the reason we went there was because of the pool

power, nobody in office and seemingly sketchy activity that left us unsafe was occurring in the parking lot

even tho my room was non smoking it still smelled a bit smoky
