parking is challenging

of booking dot com, i'm out over five hundred dollars and staying in my truck in a walmart is parking lot

being able to enter the parking lot off either street was great

parking very poor

location and parking lot.

for a non smoking room and got a smoking room with my two little kids they hated we stayed for a few hours

i ended up having to stay in a smoking room with the wrong size bed

non-smoking room that definitely had a smoker living in there for a while - very bad smell

had to settle for a smoking room which gave me a headache and all of my clothes and bags now smell like smoke

also breakfast was advertised as a full hot breakfast but the only hot items were waffles eggs and

however the hotel was very dirty, the bathtub kept running the entire stay, and the breakfast was scarce and

also, the next morning there was no coffee at breakfast time, apparently they were out

room had an infestation of cockroaches, it smelled like cigars even though it was a non smoking room, linens

for a ground level non smoking room but got up stairs smoking room

room but everything (room, pillows, blankets, carpets, walls were stain yellow from people smoking)smelled like

in a non smoking section of the hotel and people were smoking weed

tv did not work so the staff upgraded us to a king sized, non-smoking room with a working tv

did not notice that i was signing up for a smoking room

maybe cheaper smoking rooms

did not like the weed heads hanging around close to various rooms smoking especially in this pandemic with no

say they can accommodate you for free then charge pet fees after email said it was free

a early check in between 6am and 7am

there is no redeeming quality to this hotel, except the wifi

the location only because no amenities no wifi no toilet paper no tv control really bad

place was pathetic, it smelled like cigarettes everywhere, no wifi.

got blame for smoking in rooms when we don't smoke the people was very rude and i recommend for nobody to stay

last few times wasn't pleasant due to others smoking habits, but this time clean

the elevator works and they have smoking rooms

no indoor pool/spa. the $150 pet fee is a little excessive

can add more vegetarian or vegan options in the hot breakfast servings

the breakfast was not all that compare to some cheaper hotel i have rent
