got a room around 6am slept till 12am and by 11pm there were other guests in my room and i had my kids with me

only thing it was loud in the second floor kids at two 3 o’clock in the morning running

booked and called to be certain to get a non-smoking room, but had to stay in a smoking room, with the stench

construction as soon as i walk down hall of the hotel to go to my room smell like someone was smoking marijuana

lights did not work, main light did not work, burn holes in both comforters, no coffee, no breakfast, damage to

the clerk @ check in was gracious to switch us to a non smoking room
