i mistakenly booked and prepaid a smoking room and we do not smoke

everything!!! the rooms were filthy, people smoking pot outside of the room.

it was gross and a no smoking room with ashtray in the room it stunk like cigarettes!!

very old non smoking was not in forced pool was a green sewage

were put in a smoking room when my reservations clearly showed nonsmoking

let s see number one we booked a non smoking room and when we checked in the room we were told was just cleaned

they didn't have a non-smoking room for me, but it wasn't too bad. the ice machine didn't work.

like they just spot mop , i can literally hear the person next to me conversation & i was in a no smoking room

we booked a king nonsmoking room, and booking

the water wasn't really hot the wifi wasn't working and and the customer service was rude

smelt like skunk weed !! people smoking marijuana in and out side ..

to check in at front desk and the clerk was smoking weed

no smoking room but could smell smoke in the bathroom and in bed

the only complaint about the breakfast was no hot biscuits

people cleaning the rooms did a good job and the staff preparing breakfast were friendly and food offered was

i am very pleased that all of the rooms are non - smoking rooms

there wasn't anything really bad. maybe a few burns in the blanket, but it's a smoking room.
