wifi didn t work, checking in took a long time, had connection issues with credit card machine

parking spot and not hot water in the shower

parking was hit and miss

very thankful for the early check in, it helped me a lot

had a night bus which arrived in cancun at 6am and the desk attendant gave me an early check in
