comforter on bed had three apparent cigarette burns and it was a non smoking room

when we first got there, but it was a smoking room and they were in the process of hiring a new housekeeper

paid for a smoking room at booking and they put us in a non smoking room.

i was given a smoking room(i requested non-smoking), and told that it wouldn't smell like smoke
