work,and it smelled of smoke( i don't think anyone previously smoked in room but when someone smoking outside

room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room

and accommodating staff: allowed me to check in early and switch to a no smoking room that i mistakenly booked

although they have smoking rooms i did not smell cigarette smoke

no amenities. noisy and people smoking outside my door.
