wifi was difficult to connect to

i noticed the manager walking around smoking near my window

booked a smoking room online just to be told upon arrival there are no such rooms available

smoking rooms ,pet friendly

smoking made our room smell horrible

what got our interest to book the room was that it was a smoking room and the price was doable

got a smoking room without realizing it so we were nervous it was going to reek of cigarettes

how the rooms look brand new so i understand that's why it's a non smoking room

blood in bathroom wall. and no ashtrays in smoking room.

the room i wanted was sold out so i had to deal with non smoking room no one likes to stand outside to

the said the $80,00 dollar room was a single smoking room

i ask non smoking and room smelled horribly

it was advertised that there was a complimentary shuttle to the lakewood center, when we tried to use it we were

hotel has free airport shuttle; quite a lot of food options with in- house restaurants and also room

they have a very nice outdoor pool plus an indoor pool and a good gym.
