was poor not a lot of choice only 1 smoking area and u have to pay for drinks if not superior and pay for kettle

biggest minus of the hotel which we did not know from the presentation is the anti-smoking policy they have

partner smokes and the hotel is non smoking within the grounds

were good the pool was great always got a bed but didn't like one day as people were drinking and smoking in

to leave resort for a cigarette when there were lots of locations on resort that could of been smoking

new rules of smoking around pool which you are not aloud

no good bar area

the smoking area could be a separate area and not in front of the room windows.

liked the hosts and their attitude towards me as a guest, very warm welcome, i managed to get my laundry done

lovely garden and large kitchen

one big advantage is the parking it was easy to find a free spot on the street nearby at any time

we also used the laundry service once

people smoking round the pool and also on the terrace at the level lounge was an issue for us and we felt

(we chose to use the lower pool) our room was directly above the main bar and evening entertainment, it was ok

bed and not enough things for kids.

breakfast was great. staff were great. loved the pool and gym. great burger by the pool...

very basic kitchen tired decor and fittings

huge balcony (normally such balcony could be for three hotel rooms), beautiful ocean views and a kitchen

there was a fridge and a great wifi connection

responsiveness of staff; good wifi signal; interactive tv; possibility to fill drinking

why not have tv in sitting area lighting poor in living room/kitchen overhead shower not working
