got non smoking room smelt like smoke

had smoking rooms

was unhappy that the only room with a queen bed was a smoking room

i have been charge another $20 for non smoking, i have already book non smoking room

had smoking rooms didnt realized i booked smoking then wanted to charge extra $20

booked a smoking room payed a cash deposit but when we checked out was told we gad a non-smoking one and

could be cleaned better, and i shouldn t have smoking smell embedded in everything in the room , complete with

very smokey for a non smoking room
