were placed in a smoking room

i had to take a non smoking room when i'd expected a smoking room

non smoking room had burn holes on bed spread. room had odd odor.

i booked a non-smoking one

a king/non-smoking room in june

bed sheets had cigarette burns and smelled like cigarettes inside room . (non smoking room)

second floor hallway, although it's supposed to be the no smoking floor, had a strong odor.

pillows flat and very old, cigarette burns in bedding in non smoking room

have been taken out, a bunch of workers working at the hotel, my room smell of cigarettes, non-smoking room my

non smoking room smelled like an old ash tray

they took a deposit from me to stay on a non smoking room

i wanted a non smoking room & i didnt get what i requested through booking

whole building is non smoking so pretty much most guests going in and out all night

towels were not the best, no coffee maker in room as said, no do not disturb sign, was suppose be smoking but

liked that there was a flat screen tv, a microwave, a refrigerator, wifi, the fact that our non smoking room

didn't go to breakfast didn't feel comfortable to many men walking around smoking and young girls gave very

kids loved the pool

no pool for the kids.

did not know about pool, inside is great, did not know about a bar and restaurant on site , will have to try

i went to check in i told clerk i had smoking room 1 queen size bed reserved

despite booking a 7-day stay and requesting a non-smoking room due to smoke sensitivity, none were available

my only option was smoking

also when you walk out of hotel, all you see is people smoking illegal stuff and drinking alcohol outside

for non-smoking room and you could definitely tell people smoked in it a good bit

73 for a standard king room, non smoking renovated including 12

location and wifi.

first room, no smoking, reeked of stale cigarettes, smoke alarm beeped all the times, someone had taken the

coffee, disgusting pool, ashes and dirt in a non smoking room and only junkies/homeless staying at this hotel

room was dirty. smelled of stall cigarettes smoke(surpose to be non smoking) and urine.

i liked that they had smoking rooms

i paid for a non smoking room and that room seemed to be a smoking room,smelled horrible

the breakfast could have had more to it than cereal and bread

smoking weed and people asking for money as soon as we got out of our car

ask for none smoking and got a room that smell like nothing but smoke the ridge was broke we lost our cold food

the pool needed cleaning, people was smoking weed by the pool.

well next time i make a reservation i will make sure to not get the smoking area.

in, the lady at the front desk assumes that i made a mistake on my booking, as i booked a non-smoking room
