i like that there's a shuttle service, and room service with a lunch and dinner menu
front desk very helpful with arranging shuttle service
the shuttle driver, james, was a very special person and an incredibly careful driver
had to take taxi to airport since the shuttle has very restrictive hours
hotel was amenable to all my requests...shuttle, snacks and late check out.
