very accommodating with shuttle requests

it was very convenient because we got to take a shuttle from the venue to the hotel and vice versa

at breakfast table (freshly prepared omelets), good bar and restaurant in the hotel, free shuttle to my customer

the gym provided adequate equipment for working out compared to some other hotels.

i felt right safe and the gym is very nice

was disappointed that the bar and breakfast area was closed due to relocation but the staff disnmake up for it

daughter forgot her stuffed animal in the shuttle after a long day of travel

also, it was convenient to go to or come from airport thanks to free shuttle bus

very close to penn station and they provided airport shuttle.
