prior to reservation to find out about picking up shuttle from airport i was wrongly informed not truthful about

pool, hot tub nor shuttle have not been working for months but was not mentioned in any online info

no airport shuttle. we would have gladly paid for this option were it available.

there is a free shuttle into waltham but we preferred to drive to riverside or alewife where trains were far

clean, comfortable beds, ample parking, microwave in the room, nice tv, wifi was good.

i only stayed one night and did not use the wifi or eat at the hotel so i can t rate those

gym area is modern and had a lot of equipment, the room was big and comfortable, check-in was

location. laundry on site. pet friendly.

front desk offered us a shuttle ride for kidz expo event and a nearby hotel

the hotel provided a courtesy shuttle bus to local recommended restaurants in the evening

and you gave this old lady a shuttle ride back and forth with out hesitation
