property is owned by vail resorts but you could not buy a lift ticket in the building - had to shuttle down to

front desk, valet and shuttle driver (the staff does it all and multi tasks to ensure the guests are treated

the restaurant and bar menus were very limited and extortionately priced for what was on offer

due to covid-19 the hotel suspended room service. this is temporary but was disappointing.
