hotel was advertised to have an airport shuttle

shuttle service to and from airport, but they did not have a car seat for my 1 year old grandson

booked for the airport shuttle and van broken.

the toilet paper was gone when we stayed there it was a non smoking room but still smelled like smoke there

it was dirty the sink didn't work in our kitchenette there was blood on the curtains and box spring had blood

that it does have a shuttle available to the airport if needed.

airport shuttle didn t come back for us after taking other passengers, so we had to get an uber

the hotel shuttle took me and got me to the airport exactly when i needed to be there

we needed a shuttle to the airport at 5 am and the staff was happy to accommodate us .

door in our room needed fixing, public restroom near breakfast area was filthy, and there was no shuttle to or

was no ashtray in the smoking room or no trash can that's all and i don't want upstairs again i forgot to have

it had refrigerator and microwave the only thing with missing was a trash can and ashtray for the smoking room

wifi didn t work

very convenient to all...freeway restaurant shopping pet friendly ect....

the pet fee was excellent (thank you)
