the best was the concierge shuttle driver anthony was amazing
anthony and the shuttle service made it so easy to attend the concert and not have to navigate driving and
the staff were excellent and the shuttle service was very helpful.
the shuttle's were late to take go our destination with little explanation of why everything was late
staff was very accommodating and helpful with the shuttle

was told shuttle may be available but then was told it only goes to airport not wildlife prairie park

they had the breakfast buffet open

the breakfast food wasn't too good. dried out. staff was great.
the parking is in the back so if you park first to check in you have to walk around the building which
no microwave in room. and the wifi was spotty
