shuttle service to train station needs a lot of work

shuttle was not available to take us to airport and we had to call to pick us up

full service breakfast; comfortable, cloud-like bed; lovely and clean bathroom; valet shuttle service to bus

the location was great and valet parking and shuttle to campus was awesome!
