the hotel offers shuttle service to the venue, that was a pleasant surprise for us
advertised that they have an airport shuttle but when i told them i needed it they said they didn't do it on

guest laundry is not secure and floor was very dusty and dirty with lint and candy on the floor
there is a 25 dollar per pet per night non refundable fee even if my dog was a service dog
allowed early check in.
i enjoyed my trip with my family as there was pool, gym that part also we enjoyed
needs more parking

shuttle pick up and lyft driver in the morning
airport shuttle does not run 24/7 this was not clear on the website and i needed to pay for a lyft driver
the airport shuttle service 24 hours was a nice perk as well
