shuttle service to concert

nice staff, clean rooms. shuttled to casino by a great driver.

we would prefer later pool hours

a personal choice, we were a little too close to the indoor pool

unattended children in the parking lot at night, i know the sports complex is a big draw for your hotel but it

complimentary breakfast and no breakfast available except on weekends

breakfast was the best

also our dining option for the evening was an easy stroll across the parking lot

no spa, no salt pool

perfect for my requirements, great parking, staff super helpful and pleasant to speak with

nice rooms, great customer service, right downtown, complimentary shuttle to the nearby concert, and free parking

the only downside is parking is slightly inconvenient but very minor issue and definitely won t stop us from

the pool and bowling alley were a hit with our kids

on the weekend and they were hosting a 40th birthday, had two broken alleys so we had to take the kids bowling

suite was great and i loved that so much was co-located here: restaurants, gym, pool, salon, and a bowling alley

stated they had 24/7 shuttle service which indeed they didn t

even tho the shuttle apparently is open thru 10 (tho i don t recall seeing that info)and our flight got in

proximity to qc airport. shuttle available.

all the reception staff and shuttle drivers were very pleasant

called the hotel multiple times to ask for their shuttle to pick us up

shuttle was not available from airport and paid $40 for cab.
