the staff is nice and the free shuttle to and from the ferry is very convenient

the indoor pool was quite disappointing because it looked very big in the pictures and is in fact very small

there is no playground on site, and the nearest playground is within a village bar which is 15-30min walk away

the massage at the spa was not the best...
