unfortunately regarding room service we ordered breakfast to the room but the french toast was burnt

a full on pool party, now if it was just the adults, it would ve been a blast but we had the kids and the

the pool couldn't be used by kids at certain times - this info should have been made available at booking

i called to inquire about pets, a belonging i had left at the hotel

the food was ok and the gym was ok

pool and spa were lovely

room service provides good meals, one night the meal came burned, manager remade the meal

check-in which made the room far more comfortable as my husband and i were traveling with our two kids
