i called ahead of time to reserve my room and secure a shuttle and was told i had one

the kitchen facilities were beyond anything we have seen in a hotel

staff very helpful with lost key card and help connecting to wifi

making it a klingon drawn out dramatic experience to schedule the shuttle, they finally made it happen

booked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle but they did not have shuttle service on the day i needed

however the pool was down, the wifi took hours before they could connect me and neither of the two tvs worked

there is a guest laundry and a small store with snacks and necessities adjacent to the registration desk
