having the shuttle available to take me to an event and then pick me up afterward was a huge plus

have this shuttle that is advertised to take guests anywhere within a certain radius and they rarely use it

shuttle service to and from the nearby smart financial centre for a concert was a real bonus

the location, shuttle service got us to the concert in less then 7 minutes

no shuttle service due to not having a driver.

-there was no free shuttle (i would only need to go 3 miles from the hotel - limit is within 10 miles) -no

pool was open but not very clean, the hot tub was very dirty and not open for guests

didnt know wifi password, elevator not working, washer/dryer not working, only had waffles for breakfast and

no body lotion or bar soap

the pool was not in service.

wasn't able to use the pool which is one main reason why i booked it, so just a little disappointed

breakfast had good variety and the fruit was fresh

network connection for my laptop, really appreciate, but my phone and pad couldn t use hotel wifi due to so

large room, with fully equipped kitchen that allow for quick and easy meal prep.
