parking and not a big fan of combined toilet and shower

if the kitchen wasn t above. the dish cart sounded like a bowling alley

didnt make u aware the kitchen to the restaurant was right above our room so all you could heae were the carts

the only staff you see is a maid or 2 and the workers at the bar above the hotel

complimentary drinks for the bar up stairs

gardens, magnificent view of the sea, delicious chocolates given at night, shuttle service

there is no shuttle service and you will lyft / uber your way with 15mn wait all the time

the chairs in the balcony were dirty when i checked in, i asked the room service to change the cushion on the

everyone from the valets to the room service personnel to the bar servers were so friendly and welcoming

breakfast , lunch and dinner were good. grounds were beautiful bed was comfortable

brand new towels, kitchen fully stocked with dishes

we were here two nights with our 2 kids

we often had to leave as soon as we got there because little kids would take it over

good spread of breakfast, with the daily change of the mains

sucks even more is no one could help and they kept insisting it could ve been misplaced or my kids may have

no shuttle service to nearby airport

was very clean, has food for sale in the lobby, nice pool and jacuzzi, lots of amenities in the area

we had an awesome view of the pool

when asked about it the hotel staff did give me some courtecy tea bags from thier snack bar where otherwise

owners - i was told by front desk they changed their pet policy and no longer accept pets

staff member that drove us to the concert on the shuttle bus was very friendly and very, very

the staff are friendly and helpful. they offered a free shuttle to our concert venue.

the shuttle service to fivepoint was very convenient

i love that they had a shuttle to our event and back!

should have free parking and free shuttle ideally!
