love the pool and hot tub

more of a variety of hot breakfast items would be great

it was nice to have a kitchen in the hotel room

neat and clean. friendly staff. good breakfast. nice gym.

then after a couple of nights of staying for our kids spring break the pool was closed

pet fee higher than other rentals i have used.

rooms were clean, beds were comfy and pool was perfect for the kids

our room was righr beside the gym/pool. kids were running in and out, and being loud in the gym.

need more parking

needs a little up date! doesn't look like much has been done in years. pool was really cold!!

i had with the property was the fact that i specifically booked this hotel because it advertised shuttle service

room service was nice and quick.

the first night, there was kids throwing towels full of snow from outside into the pool and hot tub, when

wonderful hotel. who knew bay city had such a nice hotel. restaurant and bar were perfect.

handicap parking availability

perfect location to see snow fest. taking the shuttle back and forth made this location perfect.

the hotel restaurants were excellent. the shuttle service was nice.
