particularly grateful for the complementary shuttle service to and from airport

the staff were helpful, from the free airport shuttle ride to small requests about luggage and amenities

in the middle of town ,they had shuttle to hotel didn't have to rent a car for our stay

i took advantage of the complimentary suite shuttle service around town
