free airport shuttle but book in my advance

just pool needs some attention

spacious room; friendly staff; easy parking

clean, ample parking, parking lot was easily accessible and clean

pool was a bit small. laundry was a bit expensive for the size of the machine

also i feel like because it is a pet friendly property cleanliness is a high priority

the hotel should have a laundry card where customers could get one and add money to it .

wifi- they said they were in the process of fixing it, but when you pay for a hotel you expect to

the pool area was dirty the metal grab bar on the stairs was dangerously broken, it s an indoor pool with a

gym section was a little bit too short

also, though we didn't use it, there was a free shuttle service available for guests to get to places within

clean very quiet and safe love everything and the breakfast was great and also parking was great

the gym is small

very nice restaurant located on the adjacent parking lot

she was apparently the staff assigned to handle the breakfast that two days i was there

th shuttle was there at 530am and we had to get the said trolley ourselves

wish they had kitchens in the rooms or at least a stove top but they do have mini fridge and

there is a sink in the kitchen area but no dish soap or towel

finally, my kiddos just loved the indoor pool

advertised for an airport shuttle they did not have anymore and also for a

wifi didn't work.

no microwave in the room and the wifi didn't work very well

housekeeping, gym and pool were unavailable

after driving 10 hrs with 2 kids we were exhausted
