bit too noisy lady who charged us for 2 coffees tipped herself ( was bit rude not to even ask,) pool lot smaller

had to get help to open the fitness room since many kids were misusing and running around pool and fitness area

all parking was behind building.

handicap parking and i had to argue to get a handicap room although i requested it and was granted at

i am sure that our pets were cleaner and more respectful than all of the kids that happened to be there the

front desk offered us a shuttle ride for kidz expo event and a nearby hotel

airport shuttle would help

the hotel provided a courtesy shuttle bus to local recommended restaurants in the evening

and you gave this old lady a shuttle ride back and forth with out hesitation

great location, daily housekeeping and pool was nice.

no complimentary shuttle within 5 miles either

the hotel updated their website but did not update that they no longer offer free shuttles

location - i can walk to the hospital and medical campus even though they no longer provide free shuttles (but

hotel was easy to get in and out of and parking lot was spacious and wasn't a problem having more than one car

wifi was not great. walls a tad thin.

the decor, the service, easy checkin, room size, gym, complimentary hot breakfast

was in the area to run the boston marathon, so being able to use the shuttle to get the start line and be picked

there was a restaurant/bar, and a pool

no room service and the food was wasn't the best

i didn't like that i couldn't get wifi. didnt like tbe hours for the restaurant.

arrived around 8pm christmas eve & went to the bar for a late dinner
