inconsistencies with advertised shuttle service and rollaway beds not actually being available room service

room was clean and comfortable. staff was friendly and helpful. pool was a bonus

breakfast in booking but couldn’t prove it so we didn’t get breakfast which disappointed the kids

wifi wasn't working morning of our checkout

has plenty of parking but side doors don t have access to get in(good for security)

food was good and they provided free shuttle to the airport and the louder than life festival we were going

front desk said airport shuttle anytime our flight was at the same time shuttle started

booked the hotel for the airport shuttle, however once i arrived at the airport & needed the shuttle, i called

we really appreciated the shuttle service they offered for the airport and louder than life festival
