no shuttle when i needed to be at the airport.

when the airport shuttle did not meet my schedule, the hotel arranged a cab for me at their cost, which was

well located, lots of safe parking, rooms are huge.

this has the most amazing pet friendly rooms with a nice pet area. good staff.

from walking in the door to checking out front desk staff to the breakfast lady was all

of special touches like outfitted kitchenette, good bedding for the fold out, spacious, separate sink from toilet

breakfast so so all cold and eggs were never topped up or bacon bread was dry

close to the casino. good location. comfy beds.

shuttle bus

the airport shuttle couldn t be provided at the time but the hotel made sure our cab was covered

flight was on time but the shuttle bus left before i could get my luggage

no shuttle to the airport!!!

they should have their own shuttle service to take people to the airport and also to hospital.

pet friendly rooms are far from the entrance/exits and on the higher floors which didn t make

the restaurant and bar in the hotel are excellent and the whole hotel has a very comfortable vibe
