parking situation was awful

breakfast was simple but good, walking distance to town, and parking.

was great, parking is close

we were so comfortable we ordered room service and stayed in

shuttle service to the airport, both of your drivers were awesome!!!

they even provided a shuttle to our concert venue- real nice

clean, nice bar, location, casino shuttle, friendy staff

i appreciated having gym laundry and shuttle service to the airport

the hotel shuttle driver had day off, so, hotel paid for other ride to airport

no hot tub and they advertised a shuttle but didn t have one.

the staff went above and beyond to get us shuttled to and from the hockey game so we didn t have to drive

no coffee for guest, must purchase it. no breakfast no shuttle to hard rock.

we enjoyed having a bar to have an adult beverage and an appetizer

bathroom needed upgrade on toilet. it was like sitting on kids potty.
