would love a shuttle up to lsu campus

no taxi cab service. no shuttle service before 8:00 am.

offered to pay for my trip to the airport, and made arrangements for lift because the hotel shuttle was not

front desk staff awesome. bar tenders a little non attentive...

the room service staff did bring ice to the rooms, but i still had to call and ask

airport shuttle, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent downtown location close to everything

the airport shuttle and the entire staff's politeness and courtesy.

its advertised as a casino hotel but this really is not an amenitie of the hotel

we didn't bring pets with us but i was so happy to see a dog treat and water bowl at the lobby for pet owners

the hotel shuttle wasn t running, but the hotel did adjust my bill to remove the charge i incurred from

room change once i got there due to smell of flooding in hallways, stayed there mainly to have a shuttle but

lobby was beautiful - staff was friendly and helpful - restaurant and breakfast was nice - free shuttle to

onsite restaurant with decent pricing for food, complimentary airport shuttle, and the staff.
