i believed there was a shuttle offered

went to use the hot tub since the bath wasn t what it was supposed to be, and the pool/hot tub was closed

no room service each day, it is still every 4xdays unless requested.

no vending machines/laundry room on 2nd floor

even though the hotel shows they have a pool wit a hot tub, the hot tub had no water in it

also, they have a shuttle that will take you to the galleria
